The Motorola NiMH Battery will provide almost 2 hours of talk time, and over 10 hours of standby time. To get maximum use from the battery, charge it overnight (12-16 hours) before you use the battery for the first time. After initial charging, the battery will fully charge in under four hours.
Charging Instructions
1. With radio OFF, remove battery door.
2. Insert Motorola NiMH battery and replace battery door or place NiMH battery in the charger adapter cover. Make sure the charge contacts on battery are facing out.
3. Attach the charger to the contacts on back of radio. If using the charger adapter cover, clamp charger to battery.
4. Plug charger into 110V AC outlet to begin charging. Follow instructions on charger or your radio User's guide.
Motorola offers a 90 Day Limited Warranty on this item.
